WAKI GO Freeze Dried Products Subscription Plan is completely flexible and you can subscribe to a selected range of products. You can also pause deliveries, update your delivery address, update your billing information, cancel your subscription, or perform lots of other actions at any time, with no fees.

All subscriptions plans are available for free!
SUBSCRIBE
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
If you don't want to renew a subscription you can always cancel it.
Our Subscription plans, at the moment, are available exclusively on WAKI GO Freeze Dried Products online store. To create a subscription, simply visit our online store and complete these actions:

This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
In order to manage your subscription plan, you need to have a account with us. You can create one here
You will be automatically redirected to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your first name, last name, email and create a password.
Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your account:
- Click on the "create account" button
- Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
- Click the box on the reCAPTCHA page to confirm you’re not a robot
You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription. You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive, and much more.

Now that you’re in your WAKI GO Freeze Dried Products account area, you have quick access to the main functionalities of the account.
Order History: All the orders you will place, are shown here.
Manage Subscription: Here you will be able to check all your active subscriptions, the delivery schedule, billing information and purchase history.
View Addresses: Here you will be able to edit, update, or add another address for the delivery of your products.
ORDER HISTORY
At the center of your screen, you will be able to check the order number, the date you placed the order, the payment status, the fulfillment status, and the total amount you paid.
MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION
Here you will be able to check all your active subscription, the delivery schedule, billing information and purchase history.
EDIT YOUR INFORMATION
Here you will be able to edit your information such as payment details or shipping address.
CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
There are two ways to cancel your subscription:
- If you have an account in our online store:
- Sign into your account here
- Click in “Manage subscriptions”
- Go to your product subscription
- Click in “See more details”
- Click in “Cancel subscription”
- If you don’t have an account in our online store:
Send us a message in our Contact Us section with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Your email
Once we cancel your subscription, we will send you a confirmation email.
