Hass Avocado Donuts with Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of gluten free baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1.2 oz (35g) WAKI GO Hass Avocado Original Flavor
- 1 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 0.8 oz (25g) WAKI GO Hass Avocado Original Flavor
- 2.40 fl oz (70 ml) of water
- 1 tablespoon of softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- Optional Chocolate chips
To prepare donuts
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the donuts and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients until combined, making sure there are no lumps of avocado.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze.
To prepare avocado glaze
- Using a mixer, beat WAKI GO Hass Avocado powder and butter until combined and smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined, adding more if needed until the desired consistency is reached.
- Add water and whisk!
- Once the donuts are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
- Decorate with the glaze and optional chocolate chips.
