Golden Baked Potatoes With Avocado Cream Sauce, Parsley and Yogurt.

WAKI GO Avocado Backed Golden Potatoe

  • 1 WAKI GO Original Flavor Freeze Dried Avocado (1.2oz)
  • 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 4-5 cloves of Garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons melted Butter


To Prepare the potatoes

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan.
    • Line a baking tray with aluminium foil.
    • Wash the Potatoes properly and pat them dry with kitchen towel
    • Slice the Potatoes into 2-3 mm thickness.
    • Brush melted Butter on the Potatoes and insert the Garlic slices in each slice carefully and place the Potatoes on the lined baking tray.
    • Sprinkle crushed Black Pepper and salt on the Potatoes.
    • Bake on the bottom shelf of the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
    • After 25 minutes, take the tray out of the oven and brush more Butter on the Potatoes. Pour some Butter inside each slice of the Potatoes to spread them out.
    • Put the tray back in the oven and continue baking until the skin of the Potatoes becomes crispy.
    • After 20 minutes, check one of the Potatoes. If they not ready, bake for a few more minutes.

      To serve the avocado cream sauce

        • In a blender, combine the WAKI GO Original Flavor Freeze Dried Avocado (1.2oz), Plain Yogurt, and chopped Parsley.
        • Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
        • Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

          Serve and enjoy your Golden Baked Potatoes with avocado cream sauce, parsley and yogurt
