Chilled Hass Avocado Soup with Cucumber

Ingredients:
- 1 WAKI GO Hass Avocado (1.2oz)
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the WAKI GO Hass Avocado (1.2oz), cucumber, Greek yogurt, vegetable broth, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. To serve, divide the soup among four bowls and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
