Hass Avocado Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 WAKI GO Hass Avocado (1.2oz)
- 140g Tuna
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice or lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 slices multi-grain bread
- 4 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
Preparation:
In medium bowl, mix avocado, lemon juice, tuna, cumber, greek yogurt, red onion, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Toast bread. Fill each bread with the bowl mix. Add tomato slices, more WAKI GO Hass Avocado and spinach for more protein!
