Hass Avocado Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 WAKI GO Original Flavor Freeze Dried Avocado (1.2oz)
  • 100ml water
  • 150g sugar
  • 150g Flour
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Lemon zest 

Directions:

To prepare WAKI GO Original Flavor Freeze Dried Avocado (1.2oz) :

  • Open and pour in a deep plate
  • Add less than half cup of water
  • Stir 1 minute until perfect consistency
  • Enjoy fresh avocado

To prepare cake:

  • Beat the avocado mixture with the sugar until creamy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add the lemon zest.
  • Gradually incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder.
  • Pour half of the mixture into a loaf pan.
  • Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
