Hass Avocado Tuna Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 WAKI GO Original Flavor Freeze Dried Avocado Pack (1.8oz)
- 1 (5-ounce/140-gram) can oil-packed tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus wedges for serving
- 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 vinegar tablespoon
- 2 slices bread, toasted
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
To prepare WAKI GO Original Flavor Freeze Dried Avocado 1,8oz (50g) :
- Open and pour in a deep plate
- Add 150 ml of water
- Stir 1 minute until perfect consistency
- Enjoy fresh avocado
Drain the oil from the tuna and reserve in a small bowl. Brush the slices of bread with some of the reserved oil and toast. In a separate medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of the reserved oil, the vinegar, parsley, lemon zest and fresh ground pepper, and whisk to combine. Add the drained tuna to the oil/vinegar/parsley mixture, and stir gently to coat the tuna. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado with a little salt. Mash it to whatever consistency you like!
Spread prepared WAKI GO Original Flavor Freeze Dried Avocado on bread top with the tuna mixture and then sprinkle with a little more parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, a little more salt and pepper and a generous squeeze of lemon, and dig in!
